Building solutions for impact on campus


The GKSS Innovation Challenge is open to all students across Africa to form part of creating solutions that helps accelerate, academic excellence, create greater impact on campus and transform student life. GKSS chapters may participate as chapters and the rest are required to form groups of 5 students with skills compliment, register and come up with a solution for life on campus.

THEME: Harnessing Intelligence for Inclusive Academic Excellence

Driving student innovation, the challenge seeks to build student leadership in tech and innovation by creating an enabling environment to build solutions for own settings.

Form a team together

Form a team of up to 5 members and with skills compliment for the development of the solution

A team may include non-technical, coders, business analysts, designers, etc.

Register you team below to outline your project and team members and thereafter you will be onboarded onto the challenge platforms.

Be clear on what the solution is about and impact intended with it.

Build and present

With assistance of mentors for the chapter and global, work on building the solution.

You are encouraged to make use of Open Source tools, and you may build your AI Literacy in the process.
